This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service, in compliance with the LGPD (Lei n. 13.709/2018) and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: name, email address, and profile picture provided through Google OAuth authentication.
  • YouTube Data: publicly available video and live broadcast information such as comments, usernames, engagement statistics (views, likes), and related metadata, accessed through the YouTube Data API v3 with your explicit consent.
  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform for analytics and improvement purposes.
  • Device & Technical Data: browser type, IP address, and operating system collected automatically.

No sensitive or private data beyond what is described above is collected, stored, or processed.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate and manage your account.
  • Provide live streaming management features, including sending messages and polls to YouTube live chats on your behalf.
  • Generate AI-powered content suggestions based on live broadcast context.
  • Produce aggregated analytics and statistical reports.
  • Improve, maintain, and optimize our platform.
  • Communicate important updates about the service.

4. YouTube API Services

Our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

5. YouTube API Data Storage & Retention

Data collected through the YouTube API refers exclusively to publicly available video and live broadcast information such as comments, usernames, engagement statistics (views, likes), and related metadata.

Raw data obtained directly from the YouTube API is retained for a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days, in accordance with YouTube requirements. After this period, all data is automatically deleted or anonymized to eliminate any possibility of personal identification.

Anonymization Process

Our anonymization process includes, but is not limited to:

  • Removal of usernames, channel identifiers, URLs, and profile images.
  • Suppression or replacement of comment text excerpts that could identify individuals or channels.
  • Removal of direct view counts, likes, or subscriber counts associated with specific channels.

Data processed and retained after anonymization is used exclusively for aggregated analytical and statistical purposes, with no link to individual users. Such data is no longer considered "YouTube API data" after the anonymization process and is maintained solely for technical improvement, reporting, and internal platform features.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or commercialize your personal data or data obtained via the YouTube API. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: third-party services that help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, error tracking).
  • Legal Requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of sensitive data (OAuth tokens), secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. YouTube API data is retained for a maximum of 30 days in its raw form, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; requests will be fulfilled within 7 (seven) calendar days.

9. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Revoke OAuth permissions at any time.
  • Opt out of non-essential data collection.
  • Request deletion of data linked to you, fulfilled within 7 calendar days.

10. Additional Commitments

  • We do not share or commercialize data obtained via the YouTube API.
  • We do not alter or replace official YouTube information.
  • We retain only anonymized or aggregated data after the maximum permitted retention period.
