By accessing or using Rooster Control Room ("the Service"), available at controlroom.rooster.chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rooster Control Room is a live streaming management platform that provides tools for managing YouTube live broadcasts, including but not limited to: live chat interaction, content generation, analytics, polls, and AI-powered content suggestions.

3. Account & Authentication

  • You must authenticate using a valid Google account to access the Service for manipulating YouTube live broadcasts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth authorizations.
  • You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
  • You grant us permission to access your YouTube data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses the YouTube Data API v3. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by:

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, abusive, or inappropriate content through live chats.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Automate access to the Service beyond the features provided.

  • You retain ownership of any content you create or manage through the Service.
  • AI-generated content suggestions are provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.
  • The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Rooster AI Solutions and may not be copied or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for actions taken by YouTube or Google regarding your account or content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or email.
